- Apply Online After 30 Days Of LL Issue Within A Time Period Of 6 Months
- Application Through Online https://parivahan.gov.in/parivahan/
- Click on Online Services
- Click on Driving License Related Services
- Select State (Odisha)
- Click on Apply for Driving License
- Click on Continue
- Provide Learner License and Date of Birth
- Provide the Class of Vehicle
- Click on Submit
- Pay DL Fee Online
- Slot Book
- Visit RTO Office on Booked date for Scrutiny & Biometrics
- Go for DL Test
- Pass: Driving License is issued Online
- Fail: Pay the Retest Fee For DL after 7 days and Book Slot for DL Test
