Issue of PSV Badge to a Driver

PSV Badge is issued to HMV Drivers only

Application Through Online (https://parivahan.gov.in/)
Click on Online Services
Click on Driving License Related Services
Select State (Odisha)
Click on Driving License Menu
Click on “Services on DL”
Click on “Continue”
Enter Driving License Number & Date of Birth
Click on “Get DL Details”
Detail DL information will be displayed.
Select RTO/ARTO
Click on Proceed
In the Application Page, Provide Mobile Number
Click on “Confirm”
Select “Issue of PSV Badge to a Driver” and Proceed
Provide First Aid information of HMV DL Holders
Click on Confirm
Then Click on Submit
Upload Document: First Aid Certificate
Go for Make Payment
Then Go for Book Slot after successful Payment
Visit RTO on Booked Slot Date for Verification and issue of PSV Badge
