New Conductor License

• Application Through Online (https://parivahan.gov.in/)
• Click on Online Services
• Click on Driving License Related Services
• Select State (Odisha)
• Select Menu “Conductor License”
• Click on “New Conductor License”
• Click on “Continue” Button

• Personal Details
  • Application page for Conductor License will be opened.
  • Select State and Select RTO
  • Provide Required Information of Applicant- Name of the Applicant, Relation, Full Name as per Records, Gender, Date of Birth, Educational Qualification, Blood Group, Phone Number, Email Id, Mobile Number, Identification Mark 1 & 2
• Address Details
  • Provide Detail information on Address Details (Present Address & Permanent Address)
• Medical Details
  • Provide Detail information on First AID Details, Medical Fitness Details

• Click on Declarations and Submit.
• Upload Document for Address Proof, Identification Proof, Blood Group.
• Go for Make Payment.
• Then Go for Book Slot after successful Payment
• Visit RTO for submission of Application and Document Verification

Renewal of Conductor License

• Application Through Online (https://parivahan.gov.in/)
• Click on Online Services
• Click on Driving License Related Services
• Select State (Odisha)
• Select Menu “Conductor License”
• Click on “Conductor License Services”
• Click on “Continue” Button
• Update Mobile Number (If Mobile Number is Changed)
• Click on “Confirm” Button
• Go for Make Payment.
• Then Go for Book Slot after successful Payment
• Visit RTO for submission of Application and Document Verification
