• Application Through Online (https://parivahan.gov.in/)
• Click on Online Services
• Click on Driving License Related Services
• Select State (Odisha)
• Select Menu “Driving School License”
• Click on “New Driving School License”
• Click on “Continue” Button
• Driving School Details
  • Select State , Select RTO & PIN Code
  • Select Yes/No for “Is the Owner having Driving License Number?”
  • Provide Required Information of Driving School License- Name of the Owner, Relation, Gender, Date of Birth, Educational, Phone Number, Email Id, Mobile Number, Identification Mark 1 & 2
  • Provide Driving School Details-Driving School Name, Select COV, Mobile Number, Available Facilities
  • Provide Owner Address, School Address
• Vehicle Details:
  • Provide Vehicle Regn Number.
  • Click on Get Details Button
  • Click on Add for the Addition of More number Vehicle
• Staff Details
  • Provide Detail information of Staffs like DL Number, DOB
  • Click on Get Details Button
• Then Click on Submit
• Upload Document
• Make Payment
• Then Go for Book Slot after successful Payment
• Visit RTO for submission of Application and Document Verification
