- Choose website https://parivahan.gov.in/parivahan/
- Click on 'online service'
- Click on 'Vehicle Related Service'
- Click on ‘State'
- Put vehicle no********
- Icon-for Transfer of Ownership, Change of Address, Hypothecation (Addition/Cancellation),Duplicate RC)
- PUT vehicle no
- Put last 5 digit of chassis no
- OTP will received in Mobile
- Enter the OTP
- Select “Duplicate RC”
- Click on Reason Button
- Provide FIR Details for Lost and Theft Reason
- In case of “Torn”, No FIR is required.
- In case of Other, Enter valid Reason.
- Click on “Save as Draft”
- Go for “Make Payment”
- Download Payment of Receipt & Form-26.
- Visit RTO for Document verification with documents Form-26 and Money Receipt.
