Change of name in DL
- Application Through Online https://parivahan.gov.in/parivahan/
- Click on Online Services
- Click on Driving License Related Services
- Select State (Odisha)
- Click on Driving License Menu
- Click on Services on DL
- Click on “Continue”
- Enter Driving License Number & Date of Birth
- Click on “Get DL Details”
- Detail DL information will be displayed.
- Update the Address
- Select RTO/ARTO
- Click on Proceed
- In the Application Page, Provide Mobile Number
- Click on “Confirm”
- Select “Change of name in DL” and Proceed
- Select Reason for Change of Name
- Enter New Name
- If anyone want to change name of Relation
- Enter Full Name as per Records
- Select Effective From Date
- Click on Confirm
- Then Click on Submit
- Upload Document for ID proof
- Go for Make Payment
- Then Go for Book Slot after successful Payment
- Visit RTO for submission of Application and Document
