Application Through Online https://parivahan.gov.in/parivahan/
Click on Online Services
Click on Driving License Related Services
Select State (Odisha)
Click on Menu “Services on DL (Renewal/Duplicate/AEDL/IDP/Others)”
Click on “Continue”
Enter Driving License Number & Date of Birth
Click on “Get DL Details”
Detail DL information will be displayed.
Select RTO/ARTO
Click on Proceed
In the Application Page, Provide Mobile Number
Click on “Confirm”
Select “Additional Endorsement to DL”
Upload appropriate Document as per Services available
Go for Make Payment
Then Go for Book Slot after successful Payment
