Temporary Stage Carriage
- Visit http://opms.odishatransport.gov.in/sta/default.aspx
- Click on Login and Select Bus Operator
- For New User, Provide User Details
- Upload User Identity (Aadhaar/PAN)
- After successful Registration, Credential (User Id & Password) will be sent to registered Email Id.
- Then Using the Credential, Login the Bus Operator using Credential.
- After Successful Login, Click on “Tag My Vehicles”
- Enter your Vehicle Number and Click on Validate Button
- OTP will be sent to Registered Mobile Number (Mobile number Registered in VAHAN4)
- Enter the OTP and Click on Tag Button
- After Successful tagging, Click on “Apply For Permit”
- Select “New Permit”
- Click on “Apply Now” Button
- Enter the Vehicle Number
- Click on “Proceed” Button
- Vehicle Details and Owner Details will be Fetched (Insurance, Tax, Fitness should be updated on the Applied Date, Vehicle Class should be Stage Carriage Category).
- Then Enter the Service Type (Ordinary/Express),Vehicle Type ()
- Select Daily/Alter Service
- Select Office (STA/RTA)
- Click on Next Button, then enter the Route Chart along with Proposed Stoppage & timing according to Route distance
- Click on “Clash of Timing”
- If there is no Clash of Timing , Click on “Proceed to Pay” button
- Payment Details will be fetched automatically and Click on “Proceed for Online Payment”.
- After successful Payment, Click on Download Receipt.
- After publishing the applied Fresh Permit Data in the OPTICS Web Portal, any valid Stage Carriage Operator can file Objection against the applied Permit before the Permit Meeting.
- After approval of Permit in the Permit Hearing Committee Meeting, the registered Owner should click on “Pay Permit Fee”.
- Select Application Type, Enter Vehicle Number
- Click on “Submit” button to pay the Permit Fee as prescribed
- After successful of Payment, Click on Print “Print Permits/Orders”.
- Click on “New TP”.
- Click on Print Icon to print the Temporary Permit of Corresponding Vehicle.
