- Before applying for Special Permit, Insurance Tax, Fitness should be updated on the date of Application.
- Click on “Special Permit” icon
- Click on “Fill Special Permit Details” tab
- Select Date for Valid From
- Select Period Mode (Days/Weekly)
- Enter Period
- Click On Next Button
- Enter Area/Route Details
- Select Within State (All India/All Orissa Only/Within Region) or Outside the State( Select State/Union Territory)
- Click on Next Button
- Enter Route Details
- Enter No. of Passengers
- Click on Next Button
- Click on Verify Button Upload the Passenger List in pdf Format
- Make Pay Fee Online for Special Permit and download Payment Receipt
- The permit copy will be auto approved.(For more than 180 Days of Special Permit, The application should be verified and approved at RTO)
- In the web page of Generated Receipt, A link is given to print the Special Permit.
