This is a step taken up under 5T for transparent and faster delivery of Govt. services to Citizen. Any Citizen taking any services of Govt. can give his/her feedback after receiving call from Mo Sarkar. Before that his/her telephone number will be recorded. If the citizen not received any SMS within 24 hours they can register their number by giving missed call on 14545.Basing on positive or negative feedback of Citizen positive or negative action will be initiated to rectify the system bottleneck, if any for faster and qualitative Citizen Services.
