UMANG (Unified Mobile Application for New-age Governance)

UMANG (Unified Mobile Application for New-age Governance) is developed by Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY) and National e-Governance Division (NeGD) to drive Mobile Governance in India.

UMANG provides a single platform for all Indian Citizens to access pan India e-Gov services ranging from Central to Local Government bodies, under this New Larner License service of Odisha is included as pilot state. Applicant can apply new learner license in Sarathi Parivahan sewa and upload the documents. After that required fees can be paid and appointment can be booked to do LL test.

Download & Installation Procedure:

• Open Play Store 
• Search UMANG App
• Click on “Install” Button
• After successful Installation of App, Click on “Open” button
• Then Choose Language
• Check in Terms & Condition
• Click on Next, then UMANG App opened successfully
• Click on Register Button
• Enter Mobile No
• Click on Term & Conditions
• Click on Register button
• Enter OTP sent to Registered Mobile Number (Click on CHANGE, to change Mobile Number)
• Click on Next
• UMANG app is registered successfully.
