• Click on Apply for Learner License
• Provide the Applicant Information
• Click on “Proceed”
• Upload Document
• Pay Fee Online
• Slot Book
• Visit RTO Office on Booked date for Scrutiny & Biometrics
• After Scrutiny & Biometrics Go for LL Test
  • Pass: Auto Approval of LL
  • Fail: Again deposit Retest Fee & slot book for LL
