How to get a Complete Driving License

Driving License is Two Part

Learners Licence (LL)

• Step-1: Visit www.parivahan.gov.in
• Step-2: Make online application
• Step-3: Pay fee through online
• Step-4: Make slot booking for Learners test at Office
• Step-5: After getting successful in test u can get your Lerners Licence

It is valid for 6 months.

After expiry of LL you can choose issue of Learners Licence for expired class of vehicles instead of new LL.

Driving licence (DL)

After 30days of getting LL you are eligible to apply for Driving Licence

• Step-1: Visit www.parivahan.gov.in
• Step-2: Make online application
• Step-3: Pay fee through online
• Step-4: Make slot booking for Driving test competency test
• Step-5: After getting successful in test you can get your Driving Licence by speed post.

If you are failed then you have to pay retest fee then take slot for test.

During this period if Learner licence is not valid then you have to take a LL through Expired class of vehicle.

The earlier deposit for the DL will again revive. Only retest fee has to pay for 3 times only.
